International Centre for Container Studies (Centro Internazionale Studi Containers)

International Centre for Container Studies

The course benefits from a strategic partnership with the International Centre for Container Studies. Founded in Genoa in 1967 on the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and the Port Authority, the Centre is an international reference point for the technical, economic, and legal analysis of containerised traffic.

The collaboration between the University of Genoa and C.I.S.Co. integrates academic research excellence with the hands-on experience of professionals operating at the heart of global shipping, giving participants a privileged insight into the dynamics of the current market.

OPPORTUNITIES

The International Centre for Container Studies actively supports the training of new industry experts through two concrete initiatives:

  • Scholarship "NEW OPERA": provided by the Centre to cover the full course fee, recognising the commitment of participants.
  • Company internship: an opportunity for one student who stands out during the programme to gain professional experience at leading companies.
